By accessing and using Lavoro AI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Lavoro AI is an AI-powered project proposal generation platform that helps freelancers and consultants create professional proposals using artificial intelligence. Our service includes:

  • AI-powered proposal generation using OpenAI technology
  • Secure document storage with AES-256 encryption
  • Client relationship management tools
  • Proposal templates and customization
  • Multi-region data storage for compliance

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service for commercial purposes beyond generating proposals for your own business
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse AI generation features
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, extract training data from, or manipulate AI systems
  • Generate content that violates export control laws or sanctions
  • Use automated systems to access the service without written permission

Prohibited Content and AI Use

You may not use our AI services to generate:

  • Content that promotes illegal activities or violates third-party rights
  • Proposals containing false or misleading information about your capabilities
  • Content that could be used for identity theft or fraud
  • Material that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Content that could harm minors or vulnerable populations
  • Spam, malware, or other malicious content

5. Subscription and Payment

  • Basic Plan: $9.99/month or $95.90/year (20% savings)
  • Pro Plan: $29.99/month or $287.90/year (20% savings)
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing available on request
  • Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled 48 hours before renewal
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Refunds: Prorated refunds provided for unused portions of annual subscriptions upon cancellation
  • Currency: All prices in USD unless otherwise specified

6. AI Usage Limits

Your plan includes specific AI generation limits:

  • Basic Plan: 20 AI proposal generations per month, 3 per minute, 20 per hour
  • Pro Plan: Unlimited AI generations, 10 per minute, 100 per hour
  • Quality Limits: Maximum 4,000 tokens per request, 60-second timeout
  • Fair Use: Excessive usage that impacts service quality may result in temporary restrictions

7. Data Processing and Storage

By using our service, you consent to:

  • Storage of your data in secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure (AWS)
  • Processing of your content by AI systems (OpenAI) to generate proposals
  • Regional data storage based on your location for compliance purposes
  • Cross-border data transfer where necessary, with appropriate safeguards
  • Automated backups and disaster recovery procedures

8. International Users

  • Third-Party Content: You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload

10. AI-Generated Content & Algorithmic Transparency

Our AI service generates proposals based on your input and training data. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content should be reviewed and edited before use
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of final proposals
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
  • You should not include confidential or sensitive information in AI generation requests
  • AI responses may occasionally be inappropriate or inaccurate
  • OpenAI's usage policies apply to all AI-generated content

AI Ethics and Compliance

We implement responsible AI practices including:

  • Bias Testing: Regular evaluation of AI outputs for unfair bias or discrimination
  • Human Oversight: All AI systems maintain meaningful human control and review capabilities
  • Transparency: Clear labeling of AI-generated content and automated decision-making
  • Algorithmic Accountability: Documentation of AI system capabilities, limitations, and performance
  • Privacy by Design: AI systems minimize data collection and protect user privacy

Automated Decision-Making Technology (ADMT)

11. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced with 24-hour notice when possible.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lavoro AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. We implement industry-standard security measures including SOC 2 Type II compliance and AES-256 encryption.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days before permanent deletion.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except where prohibited by local law. For residents of jurisdictions that prohibit mandatory arbitration clauses, disputes may be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction.
